Maintenance Request

The best way to ensure we receive your maintenance requests is by submitting them through the portal. You can log in to your tenant portal at any time by clicking this link. If you are having issues logging in, submitting a ticket, or checking the status of a request, call our office during regular business hours at 915.206.3936, and a team member will assist you.

For after-hours maintenance emergencies, please call 888-502-9685 to reach our emergency line. If prompted, please leave a message with details of the issue. Non-emergency requests will be handled the next business day.

Emergency Maintenance situations may include sewage backup, non-functioning toilets, water leaks, broken water lines requiring shut-off, loss of heating/cooling, full loss of power. See our ‘Emergency Maintenance’ document for more details.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please contact Emergency Services at 911.

FOR TENANTS

Rent is due on the first day of the month. Payments are made electronically through the Buildium tenant portal via ACH or other approved payment methods.

Late payments are subject to fees as outlined in the lease. Tenants are encouraged to communicate proactively with office staff; however, Reliant must enforce lease terms consistently.

Maintenance requests are submitted through the Buildium and/or Property Meld portal, allowing tenants to:

  • Track request status
  • Upload photos
  • Communicate directly with management
Emergency maintenance should be reported immediately

Pet policies vary by property. If pets are allowed, $30 monthly pet rent (per pet) will apply. All pets must be approved and screened prior to move-in.

At move-out:

  • Tenants must provide proper written notice
  • A move-out inspection is conducted
  • Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit
Final accounting and any remaining deposit balance are handled in accordance with Texas law.
